Can I bring my own floor plan or architect?
Our floor plans are selected by New Innovate, but we welcome variations. We work closely with each buyer to understand their needs, goals, and style preferences. Through this process, we build strong relationships and create personalized homes that reflect each buyer’s vision.
What areas do you build in?
We currently build exclusively in Clover Creek Estates in Gooding, Idaho.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We provide a full one-year warranty on your home, along with additional warranties for major operating systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Roofs typically carry a 30-year warranty. Since our builder lives in the community, she is easily accessible for any questions or concerns that may arise.
